the separate lounge area was a nice touch, and the modern decor throughout the hotel gave it a trendy vibe. It was great to have tea making facilities in our room, and the separate toilet was a convenient feature. One of the highlights was the free massage we received on the day we checked in. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the spacious room provided plenty of comfort. the self catering facilities, including a small microwave, were an added bonus. The wifi was reliable, and we were pleased with the good selection of TV channels available. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

Really original room design and equipment. Well located to discover Perpignan and its environment.
Hotel neighbourhood is under construction. It was not so easy to find the entrance at the first time

We stayed for 2 nights only but the room was the most modern room we have ever stayed in and it was excellent, everything we needed was there. There was not standing ages waiting for the lift as each time we called it it came within the minute. When the outside is finished the hotel will be excellent. It is only a short walk from the town centre which is very good if unable to walk far.
Having to bring the luggage up from the car park as there is no access to the hotel from the car park.

I had a great experience at Novotel. the location was excellent, close to the center and with a big underground car park. the room was modern and efficient, with a comfortable size. the staff was helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the modern comfort and the free hot drinks selection, which included a nice bonus of biscuits and a bottle of water. the TV had a good selection of films and TV shows in English, and the wifi was reliable. it was a very comfortable stay, just a couple of minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants in the center of town. Cons: All was good 👍.

Excellent room, very well designed. Elegant breakfast, very good staff.
Area around hotel still being developed. Entrance unfinished. Will be very good indeed when the development is completed.

Spacious room with a beautiful ultra-modern bathroom. Clean. The suite had a living area with a kitchenette, microwave, sink... The breakfast, while more expensive than most places, is good. The overall decor is sleek, ultra-modern. The hotel is well situated: just a short walk to the old part of Perpignan. There is a parking garage right next door that costs 17 euros a day. There is a workout room and Thursdays a free massage is offered.
We had only one set of towels for 2 people on the second day of our stay.

New modern hotel. Good facilities in room.
Building work outside. It was difficult to access Reception as road was being dug up outside and taxis could only stop next to diggers. My husband nearly had his leg hit by the digger when we were leaving hotel to get in the taxi. The digger did not see the taxi and us getting into it.

The room was exceptionally well thought out, plenty of space, comfortable large bed, bath and separate shower and small food preparation area. They had thought of everything.
The location at the moment is a building site and it is dfficult to find your way into the hotel from the car park below. More signs please.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the fresh and clean atmosphere. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge and kitchen area that provided enhanced comfort. The big bathroom and shower en-suite facilities were a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the historical city and nearby bus stops. I particularly enjoyed the great view of the mountains from the hotel. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, ensuring that the room was spotless. The reception staff were also helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

In common with other Novotels in France - the rooms are well-equipped, spacious, peaceful and decorated in a funky but low-key way. Lovely bath/ shower room, truly free internet and the bonus of on demand movies in the room without additional charge. The proximity to city monuments is pretty ideal, just set back enough to escape any traffic/ crowd noise, but barely 5 minutes on foot to be in amongst it. Saw the other hotels I had considered in the same price range and glad I chose this one - would seek it out again.
Undeniably a lot of unfinished works in the proximity - the theatre next door apparently was due to be finished already but remains in progress, plus some road works in front. But absolutely no noise/ disturbance caused by these - more a visual issue. More tea/ coffee in the room would be welcome - only enough for a drink each from a paper cup.
